RISE Youth Leadership is a weekly high energy pop up outdoor program empowering the kids in Cardinal Valley to rise above the obstacles they face daily and discover hope for their future. 

This fast-paced, high impact 90-minute weekly program is designed to engage and empower kids ages 5 – 12 to thrive in their present circumstance and beyond. We use  music, object lessons. games, snacks, prizes, student participation and weekly challenges to share simple, life-changing messages.  Aligned to the CASEL framework for social-emotional learning, we emphasize five core Christ-centered principles to empower students to rise above the obstacles they are surrounded by: value, hope, purpose, growth and leadership in community.

We believe there is an untapped potential in the lives of every child in this community. Stepping into their world on a consistent basis with support, understanding, encouragement, and opportunity can tap into this potential and bring the added support needed for each one to thrive in the present and future. We also believe that reaching children will provide opportunities to engage and minister to their families.
